People are all different and so not all can be treated to a recipe approach whether it is extraction or non extraction. Individual diagnosis is essential to determine if extractions are needed for any person. Our patients benefit from a 80% nonextraction rate over the last 12 years. Unfortunately some need extractions to maximize their facial balance. Happily about 80% or our patients are treated non extraction.
